Hakkai has yet to interact with Deidara. However, he witnessed a violent dream Deidara had about terrorizing and eventually blowing up a beautiful young kunoichi and considers Deidara to be disgusting and a threat. Deidara may not know him yet, but Hakkai's got an eye on him and would love the excuse to punish such a loathsome individual.

Kakashi was the first person Hakkai made contact with. Hakkai likes him. He can see he's a skilled fighter and believes passionately in defending Konoha, and is willing to suffer for his beliefs, something Hakkai deeply respects. There's a bit of a feeling they might be like-minded as they're both teachers.
At first, when Kakashi invited Hakkai to live in Konoha (as they needed a healer), he was uninterested in involving himself in someone else's politics. However, he's since changed his mind (see Deidara). Kakashi continues to be a consistent source of information about Konoha, though the fact he's not telling everything he knows is a bit frustrating~

Hakkai first encountered Konan by experiencing her dream of death and pain. He responded by apologizing to her and offering advice on sleep aids. He sees something fragile in her that reminds him a little of Kanan (and the name...), so he's perhaps a little kinder to her than he might normally be.
He's wary of how she wants to know more about him and who he is, and tends to evade her rather direct line of questioning. It's a fun amusement to see her try and piece out what he is and does via his dreams, and he looks forward to their conversations.

Hakkai's rather fond of Anko. He first met her via a nightmare on her Hitomi, and while he has no plans to admit it to her, felt rather connected to her fears and pains regarding transforming. He comforted her then. They had several good conversations about cooking.
He recently met Anko at Neji and Minato's birthday party, and healed her hands since she'd mentioned she hurt them a lot cooking. They seem to get along well, and Hakkai looks forward to having another person in Konoha that he might be able to learn from... and maybe a friend, as well.

Hakkai has only spoken to Pain once, via the Hitomi. Pain saw Hakkai's dream about waiting for Gojyo to come home for dinner and seemed to disprove of the the cushy lifestyle they had, making inflammatory remarks. Hakkai didn't rise to the bait, but did take away the fact that Pain called himself a corpse. Reminded of the vengeful Chin Yisou, he's keeping an eye on this guy.

Having witnessed Madara's dream and the subtle, controlling way he likes to talk, Hakkai dislikes and is suspicious of him - though naturally doesn't show it just yet. He finds him interesting, and Madara occasionally offers insights into Kannagara that no one else provides. He hopes to stay on his good side to see what happens.
Tobi is like a child. Hakkai's not sure what his purpose is or if Madara's even conscious of him, but Hakkai tolerates his tomfoolery, even plays along, offering little of himself but no criticism either. He's used to kids goofing around, after all.

Hakkai is certain Yukari is youkai, and so regards her with suspicion. Even in a world without the Minus Wave, he dislikes them, after all. However, Yukari is playful and friendly with him for the most part and so he acts in kind. He doesn't understand why she took such a vested interest in a dream he had about Gojyo - convinced the man was Hakkai's boyfriend and disappointed to find otherwise. He's decided to be friendly with her in hopes of learning more. As someone who has admitted to having the power to teleport between universes, she could be instrumental in getting home.
