i think i will watch wicker park when its on cable, just to laugh a tad.

gangs of new york style takes away all of those unwanted punches, and just utilizes the upper cut, also if im not mistaken there is a lot of circling by the fighters.

You almost knocked over a bottle of wine with those upper cuts! And the circling is to make you dizzy to prevent unnecessarily long fights.

while plenty of movies show the style like gangs of new york, you should also rent far and away for some good technique

a lot of black and white movies have fights like that too, even more authentic that it was done that way back then, i would be interested in seeing that style used with boxing gloves
