[Anyone who looks up during the night will likely see what appears to be fireworks going off. They're not fireworks, though; it's just Marisa being mischievious. She's shooting off patterns of bullets and, although she's actually trying not to hit anyone this time, a few stray bullets do make their way down to the village. It's rather pretty overall, as long as you dodge. They're not particularly fast bullets anyway. Flag her down, or get smacked by a random bullet, or whatever.]

I'm tired of all this gloomy weather, ze! We need some entertainment! We need a festival! Anyone who wants to party with me or help set up something bigger, let me know! I hear it's getting close to some holiday anyway, but why not party more?
