[The feed turns on by accident this time, revealing that a certain psychic has arrived in Cherrygrove City. Sasha is sitting quietly at one of the tables in the pokemon center, organizing a good size pile of paperwork. Ever since getting here a few days ago, he's been working part-time at the center to build a suitable amount of money to take on his travels, since pokemon training costs way too much money than it should. So yes, work makes him feel comfortable, especially after the last few days of training Magnemite to get stronger.]
“Even the paperwork feels like the assignments I get at home, no matter...”
[He starts reorganizing the work at a quick pace, until Nurse Joy comes walking over to him. Following the pink-haired nurse is Magnemite, who's looking healthy like usual.]
“Mr. Nein, your pokemon have been checked up and healed. Thank you for leaving them in our care.”
[Sasha just nods, looks up at the tray the nurse is carrying and frowns. The first thing he does is pick up the well-wrapped pokemon egg purchased from Ise, and places the fragile egg in his insulted bag nearby. His hand reaches out to the tray once more, but stops quickly...Something's not right.]
“I only gave you two pokemon to look after. Why is there four here?”
“Don't be silly, Mr. Nein, you gave us all of your pokemon." [She also points to a notebook near one of the pokeballs.] “You should be sure to take all your items back from your pokemon next time though." [She places the two pokeballs and the notebook on Sasha's work stack, since clearly the psychic wasn't going to take them immediately. Magnemite floats down and notices the 'gear is on. And waves to the viewers with one magnet 'hand'.]
“...” [Sasha silently picks up the notebook and flips it open. The first page causes him to flinch easily.] “This belongs to Razputin? But that means...”
[The Psychonauts turns his head sharply when he sees Magnemite looking into the Poke'gear. Sighing lightly, he's quick to hide his emotions from unwanted viewers.] “Turn the feed off, Newton.” [Awww. The Magnemite buzzes sadly, before following orders.]
[That doesn't mean he won't turn the feed back on a few minutes later, showing Sasha just sitting there silently, as if thinking about something serious.]
[Later on, a text message goes out from Sasha's pokegear]
Has anyone ever received an additional pokemon at a pokemon center from Nurse Joy without any explanation at all? Also, I would like advice on the proper care of a pokemon egg...Thank you.
