heart of mine
the perfect state of existence. just before drifting off to sleep but still having enough energy to appreciate the melodious sounds of Norah. this is the space and time where thoughts seem profound, promises about who i'm going to be tomorrow are vowed and confidence is again restored. another day will come. but before it does let me stay in this moment a little longer. let the lights of calgary remind me that others are sharing in this beautiful 1:23am with me.
