I'm bad at football
On saturday I went and did another Cinemasports event in SF. This makes it my second official event, I did one by remote once but we never entered the video. This time there was a lot more people and everything was more hectic. Our group was really big actually, we hand about 15 people all together. For those of you who don't know what cinemasports is here is a link to the site. click. I would write and talk all about it but I have pictures and that seems easier...
We all gathered at the statue of Miguel Hidalgo to meet up with our group and hear the ingredients.
There were a lot of different groups there.
I remember this group from the first time we went.
Our own group began to gather up....
This was olivia she was an actress, and did some acting in college apparently
This was david, he was another actor, he was also just a really nice guy...
This is dave, he was one of our writers, he used to live in virginia, he is also a really nice guy
This is alex, he was our lead actor, he was amazing, and a lot of fun to be around.
This is frank, our cinematographer, he was really good at what he did, plus is equipment was really nice

This is brooke one of my friends from school. She is a really good actress and is currently my director for dinner theater. The guy in the picture is dennis another one of my friends, he is a really nice guy and like spiderman and onimusha a lot...
This is another friend of mine, Clara, she seems really interested in films and filmmaking so I thought she might enjoy this event, she also is a pretty good actress as well
This is mike, he did the last cinemasports event with us, and practically every film project I've done recently. He is a really nice guy.

So after the ingredients were announced we all got together to make a story....
What we came up with was...a guy (named Larry) has a phobia of women's nurses uniforms, because when he was young he walked in on his dad and saw his dad wearing one. So it's in the present and larry is about 27-ish and he is going on a blind date with this girl, and they get really into each other, and she invites him back to her apartment to see something she made, along the way we flashback to find out about how he got his phobia. Then we cut back to present day in the apartment and she reveals her true intentions with him and they go into the bedroom, and her roommate is there with a women's nurses uniform, he screams no!!!!!! and thats how it ends.....it's very bizarre but ultimately compelling....
The whole event was pretty exciting, and it was fun to feel like such a professional group...sadly we couldn't complete the film on time, however we did submit it and it will be shown sometime next week we think, at the same place the showed the other ones. I feel really bad though, my friends didn't have all that much to do and I'm sure it was really boring for them, they probably hated, it. Plus I didn't get to see them very much because I was editing the film almost the entire time. I would have liked to see them more, I really enjoy there company. Thats it for now.....I will post sometime later
