(no subject)
I can't believe I haven't written in this long. It's just been so busy here. Well...now I'm home for the first time since I came to Barnard and eveyrthing has changed! My grandparents move out yesterday and all the walls are painted a different color. One of the couches are gone, the television is gone and my room is now Rina's. I wonder where all my stuff went. I guess I didn't have that much stuff in the first place since I'm perfectly content with what I brought with me to Barnard. Anyway, classes are extremely hard but I'm getting through it. I like all my classes and I'm working extra hard to get good grades in the end. Been going to the doctor every week. I've been sick for 4 weeks now and I am just now getting over it. I love my friends at Barnard...they make me feel so safe and happy! We all work together to make each other happy and it's not a surprise when my roommate folds my laundry or when Monica knocks on my door to give me some rice she cooked. Julia made me tea when I felt sick and Brianna showers me with sympathy. Ben and Richie are always wonderful to hang out with and they always make me feel like I have not lost connection with the outside world lol. I worry about Richie so much, please feel better darling. Oh, and Ben YOU ROCK for taking me home yesterday. You are the bestest friend ever. Yesterday I read to kids at a children's hospital...I do it every Friday. And DAMN subway sandwiches because they took away the dinner for two offer!!
Man, my house is so different...it's crazy. And I feel like I've been gone so long...it doesn't really feel like home anymore.
Ok anyway, I must go now because I have to get a haircut/fix my phone, eat lunch with family, got to target, eat dinner with Ben.
