So... the housemate that I found on Roommates.com has backed out on me with no explanation. So, I'm back to square one and have a room available for immediate move-in...
I own a townhouse in the Woodlands (Northside, near Research Forest and Greenbridge) and need a new housemate Immediately.
Room (upstairs):
Spacious 12' x 18' (approximate - can't find my floor plan)
Adjacent bathroom (not attached) - no one else would need to use it, I have my own and there's a half bath downstairs
Downstairs (shared):
Open space - Kitchen/LR/DR
Fenced in yard
House has:
Dish/DVR
High Speed Internet
Home Phone
Outside smoking OK
Small Dogs could be OK - no Cats, I'm allergic
I'm open to a man or woman, preferably over 21
