Seasons of change
On Wednesday morning, my laptop died. Completely. Fried CPU. (replaced motherboard and HD in January 2011).
Good news? Hard drive is ok. Has now been pulled from laptop and put in a case basically making it an external HD.
I've decided on a new laptop, I was going to get a MacBook, and I'd still like one, but I can't put that much money down right now. Especially right before my England trip. So I'll get the new laptop and after England I can look into saving for a MacBook. I always wanted to run pc and mac side by side.
Thankful for my iPad though. I'm sure if I didn't have it I'd be going insane about now.
In any case, I should have the new laptop by midweek.
I may have lost a few of my newer bookmarks (trip related ones of course), unless I can somehow launch Chrome from the old HD and import them to the new laptop...that'll be interesting to try.
