That's just beyond belief ridiculous. How do you: a.) Let someone into a courtroom with a knife; b.) Not have adequate security to keep control of the defendant; and c.) Not manage to stop him before he fatally stabs a woman 18 times??? That's insane. And this didn't happen in some third-world, destabilized-government sham court. It happened in Germany. Hitler would be proud.
