Having fun so far. I can't tell if we've done a lot, a little or just the right amount. I don't feel like putting much thought into a post so this will be pretty disjointed. Lots of good food so far, I don't think I've been disapponted with anyplace so far. Did a winery and waterfall tour that was really nice. Wineries weren't as scenic as CA because I guess they grow the grapes in eastern WA so there are no fields of grapes to look out over. The falls were really nice, I guess were we went is taller than Niagra (just not very wide). We met a couple from Vegas on their honeymoon during that tour which gave us people to hang out with for the next few days. They were fun and it helped motivate us to go out at night, so that was a plus. The tour we took of downtown Seattle was...informative. It was ok, but that's really the best compliment I can pay it. Yesterday, we went to the arcade and then saw Pirates 3 (that's right, we're on vacation and we played video games and saw a movie). It was the first somewhat dreary day and I didn't feel like walking very far so we took it easy. We had an early dinner down on the waterfront and called it a night. Coming from Boston it's hard to understand restaurants were you pay $150 for dinner without a bottle of wine that have Happy Hour...it's nice though. Today we'll be heading to Seattle Center to walk through all the museums and probably ride up the Space Needle, hopefully hitting a happy hour, then to the Crodile Cafe (from what I've read it was the biggest grunge rock club around back in the 90's). Tomorrow will be a free day before heading home.
That's our vacation in one, long, disjointed paragraph...I should've tried to make it one long, disjointed sentence...that would've been fun.
