so now
i started my new job last week, im the plant supervisor for a gasket company on the eastside.
the hours are great for having a life, 6am to 2:20pm not so bad if i do say so.
its pretty strange for me, i guess i have been pretty sheltered in past jobs.
i already feel a certain bit of animosity from some of the people i supervise, i guess that is
to be expected when they are in their fifties and have been there for ten years plus, im thirty and just started and im their new boss. pretty cool though.
the only problem i have had is there are quite a few people that dont speak english so well, so im brushing up on my spanish lately.
in other news rielle's bday party went off without a hitch, baseball birthday by her choice, we served up some ballpark style food (peanuts, popcorn, dogs, burgers, cracker jacks) im pretty sure everybody had a good time, i know she did thats for sure. thanks to all that were involved and present. you made a very happy 4 year old.
going to build a chicken coop now, wooohooo.
