Updateisms
Another update, i'm almost getting back into the swing of this blog malarkey i reckon. Not quite up to my previous blog a day output but i reckon this is a fairly happy medium, a blog a week is sufficiant.
So, what have i been up to then? Well, not too much to be honest but enough to keep the boredom gremlins away. Trickey little buggers those gremlins, sneaking up on people minding their own business and making them bored bored bored, very unsportsmanlike if you ask me! Anyways, i spent the last weekend back in hartlepool again, which was nice. Went out last night to see one of my friends bands play, then went to a house party at Alans girlfriends house which was fun. He's just got a little puppy dog, and although i generally have a severe mistrust of all things canine, baby dogs get a bye on this as they are cute and cant hurt me (theoretically anyway, this little git covered me in scratches). Ended up drinking a little too much if you ask me, although its generally a bad idea to follow Belgian trappiste beers with WKD iron bru it was a good night overall so its all ok. Also, ended up getting a chicken Parmo (aka the Food of the Gods, you can keep all that milk, honey and manna crap, give me a deep fried chicken covered in cheese any day) at the end of the night so it was all good if you ask me. Had to get a taxi back at the end of the night but was suprised that it only cost £10, the cheapest ive had in a long time which was a bit of a bonus.
Things are progressing slowly with the house, no news to pass on really, the morgage application is now in and all i need to do is wait till the mortgage survey comes back before i can really do anything else. Suffice to say, its all happening slower than snail stampeding through superglue but it is happening. Also, have managed to get a few more items etc for the house which is nice. I now have a TV, microwave, sofa oven and gas cooker top, which is bloody brilliant if you ask me. All courtesy of a family member who i only met for the 1st time at christmas which is bloody amazing if you ask me! Now all i need to do is get moved in and it will all be brilliant.
