not another update surely?
So, another day another update, i'm either really getting back into this livejournal thing or i've got nothing better to do.
So, whats going on then? Well, i still havnt agreed on a price for the house yet. The offer i made at £80500 was rejected, so i upped the offer to £81500 and she rejected that as well! Being as the house was only on the market for £82500 i was sure she would accept this, especially as i'm a 1st time buyer. Oh yeah, and i have my morgage sorted out as well, went to the advisor and got through 1st time absolutely no problem which was rather nice! I wasnt expecting anything to go wrong but when you are applying for that large amount of money you just never know really. Anyways, she rejected £81500 and suggested £82000, which i think is far too much (honestly i think £81500 is too much but hey ho). Being as the house needs so much work doing to it, and if she go's with me she can get everything sorted out quickly, i think what i have offered is more than enough. Anyway, the agent asked me if i wanted to up my offer and i said no thanks, £81500 is my final offer, i wont go any higher and she can take it or leave it. So, fingers crossed she accepts it, if not then i guess its back to the drawing board. Hopefully i'll find out tomorrow.
