suicide by humiliation
This week we received a male patient who was found shackled to a tree in the woods, wearing womens clothing (including pantyhose). He reportedly wanted to commit suicide, so he dressed up like a women and chained himself to a tree, only to be discovered a couple of days later, alive and well.
