Well here it is, almost the end of November. The scale at home has been stuck on the same digit for a week now, so I do not anticipate much of a change at WI tonight. But you never know.

Found a 5.4 km run on January 1st, seriously thinking of signing up for it. I could walk it in just over an hour, so the distance is doable. Would give me something to train for and restore my motivation for the month of December. But I would have to get up early on New Year's day.

I am pissed this morning. We booked the kids out to go see their father on Boxing Day. Go onto the airline's website this morning and find out that we can fly them from Vancouver for about half what we just paid. Man, that makes me so ANGRY!!!!

Anyway, back on topic. Today is Monday, WI day, class night. And so what should I be aiming for? Need to set out a workout plan for the next month. Set some weight goals and some activity goals. Need to do some strength tests and measurements. Need to plan meals for the next month. And get my ass back into this weight loss thing.

My goal for December is to leave the 180's behind - for good!
