Soshite koi ga...
So, along with their other projects, Mochi*Mochi has also started to translate the yaoi novel, "Soshite koi ga hajimaru". They've also scanslated the manga. but for some reason, Chara only put out four chapters of the manga, which doesn't really cover even half of the novel. It's a neat story, about a high school boy who has learned to put up a front in order to make sure everyone is happy, but then begins to learn from an older friend that he can be himself, and things roll along from there...
Speaking of yaoi novels, it's old news now, but Digital Manga has put up a petition to see if there is any interest in translating the novels that their Only the Ring Finger Knows manga is based on. You can find the petition here. I believe the 3rd novel in that series was just released by Chara, so it looks like there is quite a lot story left if you liked the manga.
