I adore this installment (and finally, finally found time to read it!). I don't blame Lestrade one bit for wanting to know what happened in the battle - I do too! And I love Doc Watson taking charge and kicking ass. 'Yes sir' indeed!

Thanks! Doc is pretty darned no nonsense, it's true. And Silverfox is no fool. He knows how far he can push and when he needs to yield to John's medical authority.

I'm hoping another prompt will bring a conclusion to the story and the war. We shall see.
