Awwww.

I love how Sherlock catalogs things with his senses, and his awareness of what's missing as well as what's there. I also love the connection between Sherlock and John, and how they say so much with just a few words. Really nicely done.

Imprisonment as a metaphor for incapacitation: awesome!
Too bad John misinterpreted Sherlock's extra squeeze for affection. The poor guy was actually begging for a nicotine patch. (Sorry, I react with crack to strong emotional scenes.)
