my mom got a dog!

I'm so excited, even though I won't even get to see her till sometime this summer. She's from the pound (poor girl), and apparently is used to being confined. She cowers whenever my mom reaches out to pet her, and can't walk up stairs or on the hardwood floors well because she's not used to it. She's (probably) a border collie and blue tick coonhound mix, about 8 months old.

I really hope my mom doesn't name her moopy. If she does, I'm going to rename her. DeathPaw or Crusher or Shredder or something.

I hope little Moopy deathpaw doesn't stay so scared. I feel bad for her. : (

I'm excited though.
