Pottermore
Like I need another way to twiddle away my time on the internets, I am PixieHallow12537 at Pottermore. I was completely unsurprised to be sorted into Hufflepuff (we're closest to the kitchens! heck yeah!). Be my friend and we can duel.
I spent a long day home with my sick boy today, and anticipate more of the same for tomorrow, hopefully with less fretful whining and crying. He was very feverish and pathetic, and I am a very good nurse at work but not the best one at home for my family. I tend to be more of the 'suck it up, you'll live/i've seen worse' & 'let me medicate this illness into submission' kind of mom rather than hugs and sympathy type. But, he was so very wretched, I was exceedingly liberal with the cuddles and coddling. Here's hoping for a decent night's rest for everyone.
