how are people so stupid?
ok if you are using a computer to pick digital photos and there is an option to "reset order" what would you think that button does? i mean ... it is in english ... so. i had a guy today at work sit there for an hour picking and editing stuff he wanted printed. then he decided he wanted to change the quantity of ONE image. so he clicks reset order then bitches that his whole order is gone. i said well you hit the RESET ORDER button. so it RESET your ORDER. he said he thought it would just reset the quantity of the one he had selected. i said ... "then the button would say 'reset QUANTITY'. god help me and the rest of humanity if this is how stupid people are.
