Kakashi's iroke no jutsu form is loosely based on that nurse lady/assassin from Kill Bill, the one with the eye patch and sexy uniform. Both me and pichipai though Sakura would make a hot male nurse, though I think that her face looks the same either way. She's so seme either way, really.
