There's Rain and Wind

Fortunately, it seems, my last entry wasn't too far gone.

Not to say that I'm too far gone ;) Rather that it's just been ages since I posted anything to this thing. I've had it for nearly 6 years now, I'd hate for it to go the way of the dodo.

But I am doing some housecleaning. I'm just relieving myself of some old entries for comfort's sake, because skeletons should be burned or buried or donated to science.

But dare I update? Is there anything to mention?

Perhaps a bulleted list is in order:

  • Scholastics: For all the relevance one can afford an Associates Degree, I am now a College Graduate. Took forever for the certificate to arrive in the mail, as I technically graduated BCC in August, but I have it, in all its foil embossed glory. Look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair. My next step is WSU, as I have applied for the Spring semester, beginning in January. As two of my brothers are also in attendance, I should be in relatively good company.

  • Physical Therapy: Putting several years of bad road behind me is a full time job! Fortunately I've managed to put a large sum of my closet in the Goodwill bin. It's best not to look back. Pilates and cycling are my friends.

  • Work: That's fairly regular, which is good, because I like money. Bush Economy. Ew.

  • Political Machinations: I should be up and kicking searchforsigns around rather soon. Lord knows there's enough going on, and I've had plenty of time to theorize.

  • The Holland-Kilpatrick Center for Advanced Sexual Research, Roleplaying Systems and Practical Analytical Applications: Still going strong. It's all in the name of science, but I'm still a very happy Monkey :)

Meanwhile, if I'm going to survive Washington winters, I'm going to need to invest in a tanning series. Full body sunlamps are good for seasonal depressive types, and I be one of those.

I'm enjoying another creative spurt, and I am praying for longevity. As always, fear my wrath.

More later.
