(no subject)
So Alex and I are done. Basically I didn't see or hear him for a week (not too unusual since its on a weekly basis that we hang out/talk) and sent him a text basically asking if he was ok and wanted to hang out later. He responds saying I'm a great girl and he doesn't want to hurt me but he has no time and thinks it would be best if we stopped seeing each other. Yep, dumped by an ass by text.
I let my friend Jessica (aka the one who kind of set us up by encouraging him to keep trying to dance with me and telling me to keep an open mind) and she responds with "Uhmmm I don't know what to tell you. Alex can be a dick and he will never take anyone seriously". If you know the guy is a dick why would you set him up with me???? Friends don't let friends date dicks. I am letting you all know I will not let you date a dick. If I see you with a dick I will tell you and provide the get away car.
I'm just glad I found out what kind of guy he is now before it got too involved. I know the next time we all go out is going to be awkward as hell though but that's his problem not mine O:)
