So I FINALLY got my iBook back after it being sent away, fixed, checked, sent back again, fixed again and sent back. The first good news is it was free since its a known logic board defect with a extended 3 year warantee.
What I didn't expect was a brand new keyboard and new bottom casing. The thing looks brand new. The battery almost looks yellow since the bottom case is so white now. They even fixed the 12" ibook lid hinges i macgyvered in myself.
And my new video iPod is teh bomb. :D
