(no subject)
I received my passport in the mail today! WooHoo! It's an awful picture but at least it was approved. I had to use an old old passport from when I was a kid as proof of citizenship because I couldn't find my birth certificate and I was worried that it would be a hassle. They even sent my old old passport back as well.
I leave for Holland on March 22nd and return April 5th. I am so excited. I am soooo craving Dutch and Indonesian food. I want real frites, and crochettes, and frickadel specials. Mmmmmm. My mom makes Indonesian food but it's not quite the same because she can't get all the ingredients here.
I was going to buy a bunch of clothes before I left, but I decided not to because none of my family overseas has seen any of the clothes I have now so they won't know what's new and what's not. Plus I'm going to use the money I would have spent here on buying clothes there and bringing them back. I intend to buy all the things (new fashions and trends) that I can't get in the US.
