Got back from my therapy. My left shoulder has been quite achy these past two days, under my shoulder blade and down the back of my left arm. They gave me a portable electro therapy machine. Very cool. I wear 4 electrodes in a concentrated area for an hour and I can adjust the amplitude and the frequency of the impulses. I have to wear it at least 4 times a day in different areas of my back. It's on my shoulder and neck right now. It feels good, like a little zap or chill being sent through me. It is suppose to relieve pain as well as release endorphins.
Hmmmm... I wonder what the effects are if I use it below the waist? ZAP!
Well, the guy did say I could use it on my ankle. lol
