I am lucky to have so many people who care about me and wish me well even though I have been wearing a big ol' pair of cranky pants lately. Thank you to everyone for the birthday thoughts and wishes!
My Not!Boss e-mailed me happy birthday this morning and said it to me later in the hall. She's awesome. And one of my co-workers went with me to TGI Friday's and paid for my dinner! That was so sweet of her.
When I came home, I found cards from my brother and starrwisher and, hilariously enough, the copy of Fireline that Torquere Press had to re-ship me, written by none other than my birthday twin Ms. Tory Temple. I can't wait to read it. In the related realm of birthday writing and porn, angel_grace wrote me a Veronica/Lamb birthday fic, Unwrapped and it's quite adorable and hot.
New HIMYM and Heroes tonight. I'm ridiculously excited about the latter; I've been talking about it all day.
