SAT scores came home today.  Not a good day at my house.  I have once again disappointed my dad.  My sister tried to make me feel better but how cus she was disappointed too.  I got yelled at, and was basically told that i have no summer becuase im gonna spend it studying for SATs. This is making me rethink my next year plan, maybe i have taken on

Monika, you ARE good enough and you didn't bomb the SATs. I mean, you're not your sister and maybe you're not going to be able to get a 14 something without studying, but you are by no means an academic failure. I know how hard you work and I fully encourage you to retake the test, but don't freak out too much over it. Like I said, your scores reflect the average SAT score of a UCLA or Berkeley student. That's not bad at all. Your dad may hold extra high standards for you, but don't let him psych you out. I think you're balancing everything just fine. Absolutely run for Exec and take everything you want to take, because so far you've been able to handle your schedule. Don't worry too much :)

you ARE good enough for anything you wanna do Mons! and there's always another shot... so you're not stuck with a score you don't want. your sister gives good advice... don't worry so much about this when you have other stuff to think about right now especially. and you WILL pass your driving test! it's not too bad. =D i failed my permit test once haha if it makes you feel any better... =oX cuz i didn't study at all. and you so will pass all your aps and do just fine on the sat iis. no sweat mons.
