I'm so damned glad you included those gifs because man, that episode kinda stunk (which I never admit easily.) And I need something to clear the air, like sweaty Sam muscle.

Okay, yeah, I kinda liked Garth. Becky kept goosing my Embarrassment Squick, which made me cringe. Nice bits of Sam as psychotherapist, but daaaayum, Deano, when're you gonna lighten up on yourself?! It's getting kinda old, there, sparky.

Was this Sera-written? Hrmmm.

No, not Sera I was just complaining at her since she's the showrunner and all and thus the provider of shirtless Sam in some way or another. Oddly enough this was Dabb & Lofflin!

One plus of the ep though- Sam hugging the diary. That was pretty damn cute.

They usually do better eps.

Next week is Edlund though, and he will make it all better! (It should be noted that the shirtless ep in season 6 from which the heavenly gifs come, was actually also an Edlund ep!)

and yeah- Dean needs to stop being so hard on himself someday. I think he and Sam need to both go spirit-camping!

Oh, there were cute bits. Crowley and his jr. executive were adorable, for one! I just felt the episode lacked ANY real gravitas. There was a smidge at the end but not enough. It didn't stick.

Yes, Edlund will have us pooping rainbows and if we've been very, very good girls, maybe a little rugged cabin-y stuff in the NJ backwoods. In lieu of spirit-camping. Someone needs to write that. The spirit camping. *ahem*

Is that what happens when you eat Froot Loops?

Yes! In the Pine Barrens and Cranberry Bogs where I used to hike all the time!

I just felt the episode lacked ANY real gravitas. Totally. It was, as they say filler. Though I think that was the first filler ep this season, so that's ok.

Seriously though I need new caps & gifs!!! I am going to get some good shots of those straining biceps, but it just wasn't enough, you know? OTOH Sam has some more meat on his previously too bony bones, which makes me a happy lady \o / (needs more meat- points at icon)
