2018 - Writing Year in Review
In 2018 I wrote just over 300k words. Original Short stories & flash fiction made up about 1/3 of my word-count, the rest was all fic! This was another big multi-fandom year for me. One of my new favorite fandoms, Venom, came quite late in the year, but I've been having an absolute blast writing fics with such a fun premise.
My two favorite fics of the year to write were Wedding Party (I've never cracked myself up that much writing a fic) and Make Angels of Us All (because I miss writing powers!Sam and never wrote him quite like this before).
I also want to give a special shout-out to Gonna Make it After All, the first fanvid I've ever been involved in making. Thanks again to

cesperanza for that awesome silly fun experience and for watching Venom with me after I wouldn't shut up about it.

Dinner Party - Anne and Dan invite Eddie over for dinner. Things don't go exactly as planned.
Wedding Party- Eddie is invited to Anne and Dan's wedding. Hilarity ensues. Venom just wants cake.

Future Imperfect - Written for the BoyKingSam discord server prompt: The End AU (5.04) Dean is sent to Zachariah's vision of the future, only instead of the Croatoan virus having destroyed the world he finds the world ravaged by demons and Hell's creatures, lead by Sam himself.

One Rogue Line of Code - Steve Rogers spent most of his time building robots out of scrap metal. It was the one thing that took his mind off of the past, and all he'd lost in the war. One day, he found exactly what he'd been looking for, and everything changed (written for @deandraws awesome art)
Mending Iron - Bucky is on a mission for the SSR, tracking the hulking Beast that roams the mountains, when he encounters an iron man. Tony was kidnapped as a child and has been raised by Isodyne. He’s spent as long as he can remember building machines for them so they can keep the peace. But his new friend, Bruce, is convinced that all isn’t as it appears. The Shadow of the Beast - Will Graham escapes the Baltimore Institute for the Criminally Insane, after being wrongfully imprisoned for crimes Hannibal Lecter committed. Sam Winchester, after freeing Lucifer, has decided he can't be trusted, and has left his brother Dean behind. Will and Sam’s paths cross again, as they’re both forced to confront their darker instincts.
When the Night Fades Away - Sam and Dean split after River Pass, and their confrontation with the Horseman, War. Since Will’s escape from the Baltimore Institute for the Criminally Insane, he and Sam have been in hiding. They have a cabin, in the middle of nowhere, that keeps them off the radar; they find comfort in each other. Amongst the Thorns - It's early February in Toronto, and Nick is tracking a murderer with a penchant for roses. (written for the Chocolate Box fic exchange on AO3)
