Dear Mr. Financial Advisor,
I know I have been a problematic client, following your enrollment of me in an automatic program to change my investment allocations without my consent, and later when you failed to follow up on another matter that I hammered you on for 3 weeks. So now, may I offer one other bit of advice. Your following reply to me via email shows a distinct lack of intelligence or a mere laziness in use of the English language.
As you replied: "I also need to send u the forms for both..contribution increase needs to turn in to Barbara and the name change can be fax in..I will send u the forms later today"
Please note, I am not your BFF, and I do not have an informal text relationship with you. Also, sentences end with a single period and a space following. For the use of tenses, perhaps refer to a High School English textbook for guidance.
You are the person who is in charge of my retirement income, and therefore, I expect you to act like an adult.
Sincerely,
Someone who will be switching investment companies as soon as possible
