Hello, sweetheart. You requested membership to MBP, but I can't see any disclaimer statement in your user info. This is something LiveJournal specifically asked for, so we're a bit anal about it. Just put something like "This journal is fake. It is written by a fan and has no connection with the real celebrity."
Please comment back here when you have the disclaimer up, so we can add you into the community. Thank you in advance.

done, also someone told me that if someone in this community is taking icons that you would be the nicest mod to go to about it; it's where it's been going on for months and i have commented about it and all she's done is go friends only to avoid my comments anymore.

You mean someone in MBP is stealing your icons? What's the point of that?... I mean, is someone trying to clone you? In that case, make your presence known, so people won't add the clone. If it's just a fan stealing your icons, well, it's hard to do anything, in that case, really. The pictures you are using are probably taken by a professional photographer with a copyright, so technically, you are stealing someone else's work, too.

no, as in someone saw my journal on another server and took icons from the character i played there and are using them here since it is the same person. i understand that but a lot of those pictures i untagged myself and i've commented her several times she just deletes the comments

[I understand that it's annoying, especially if you put a lot of work into making them look good, but there's not much we can do. Like I said earlier: technically, the pictures are the photographer's. Just because you cut them out and cropped them to 100x100 doesn't mean you own them. Incidentally, I'm not sure what you mean by "untagged" but if you made a watermark invisible, then you are technically infringing copyright to begin with.]

[It's when people put some sort of writing all over a picture, to make sure no one can steal it. Usually their own name across the celebrity's face.]
