so how do i go about with photoshopping black and white pictures.
I have this Studio Lighting photo assignment thats a self portrait. You take 30 shots of yourself and edit them. I'm done taking the pictures but now i have to edit.  What should i do? oh and i look horrid in these pictures because i didn't smile or anything. So they look like

the first two have too many dark tones. i like the last 3. the last one looks vicious. haha

its supposed to. you're supposed to experiment with the studio lights. but yeahhhh

I really love the second one, it's so pretty! I think you should try Unsharpen Mask, a duplicate layer and a soft light.

what exactly did you do? i was messing with some of them in class and i guess i'm going to try and clone myself, but i think it's going to turn out really bad

I did a unsharpen mask, a sharpen into a fade sharpen about 40% soft light.
