On the front page of today's New York Times there is the first portion of the obituary for Harold Pinter. Credited for writing this obituary are Mel Gussow and Ben Brantley.
I sat there thinking "I haven't seen something written by Mel Gussow in quite some time."
As it turns out, Gussow died in 2005. In fact, the obituary appears on the New York Times website with saying that Gussow died in 2005.
Why is this happening?
