Just Got To Work
From time to time, my coworkers will entertain me.
Ever since we got a new VP of Safety, we've had to do this daily safety talk. This entails someone going to everyone in the department and explaining the safety topic for the day. Afterwards, we have to sign a sheet to signify that we discussed safety today and then they're off to do it again to the next person. This usually takes like 3-5 minutes and is done by my supervisor. On occasion, he'll have someone else do it. Today, the safety talk with my coworker was as follows:
"You gotta be safe today. I'm doing it, so sign the damn sheet."
Work is all about finding the little moments of entertainment through the day.
