Four Months Down the Rabbit Hole
Already, I find myself in the middle of February. Does that seem as crazy to everyone else as it does to me? Not that anyone's ever on here anymore. LiveJournal has become an abandoned relic. Ah well. Perhaps I stay because I have a fetish for writing down what anyone else in the world may chance to read. I had my last final today, thus bringing my first semester officially to a close. I couldn't be happier about it. I could use some time to kick back and spread out a little here. Plans and aspirations for the 2 months (or so) that I have free until second semester:
- Traveling. Possibly with Aimee to Kyoto or Hokkaido.
- Bought the Narnia Chronicles, Peter Pan, and the Complete Fairy Tales by George MacDonald a few days ago. I intend to read some, if not all, of these.
- Bible study with Aimee. Possibly exploring more places of fellowship close by.
- More paper mosaics in my bedroom.
- Exploring. This includes most of my regular haunts, but getting the details instead of the general idea. This also includes taking my camera and really waking up my photographic eye.
- Possibly playing some video games if I have the time, but I'd like this to be way down on the list as far as things I wish to do. I can game it up anywhere. I can't always be in Tokyo.
- Foo Fighters are coming to Tokyo in April. How cool would it be to see them HERE??
- Quite possibly having a second visit to the Ghibli Museum. I hope to see it several times before I leave... It is truly a work of magic and art.
