Yes, it was very well played. Since we still don't know what exactly that watch does I'm hoping it can be used to save HG with the warehouse.
And one has to love Jaime Murray for thinking of the fans by sharing that photo.

PAIN AND TEARS, yes. Like actual sobbing. I read spoilers before I watched it so I didn't think it would hit me so hard, but oh man, it did. Perfect, perfect OTP. *HUGSHUGSHUGSFOREVER*
