I am still alive...
if anyone was wondering. I think most of the people who were wondering actually just gave up waiting for an update here and emailed me, or phoned me, or texted me to see whether or not I'd fallen off the face of the planet. I didn't; I've just had less time or inclination to update lately. I'm sure you haven't missed very much, actually.
