Catch up
I feel like I’m losing track of time :o) One day blends into the other. If I didn’t have my meds in an organizer I think I’d forget what day of the week it was. Rejuvenating/painting the downstairs bathroom is my current major project right now.
- I did some more basement organizing, mainly to determine what I had on hand for the Project.
- I’ve bought more primer (Kilz Mold & Mildew). We have left over paint from the living room, and the upstairs bathroom, that we’ll use over that.
- The ceiling paint is peeling, and there is gypsum board replacement needed above the shower. My focus is to get everything done except the replacement because that will be a tricky bit of work. I’m thinking I’ll put up some board and cover it with vinyl panel.
- I’ve also gotten my ‘cover crop’ seeded in the garden. The winter rye seed I broadcasted was purchased in 2021, and I hope it germinates!
- I managed to watch Sonic, Sonic 2, and To Sir With Love. I tried to watch a 1948 Oliver Twist that had Sir Alec Guinness as Fagin and Robert Newton as Sikes, but didn’t want the drama.
- We bought pumpkins and mums for decorations today. One pumpkin went to the pups’ graves out back. Dear, departed friends. Happy memories.
