Spring stuff
It was a beautiful Easter Sunday. Temps were warm enough for some outside work. I raked the leaves out from the blueberry bushes in the front yard, then scratched in some Holly-Tone fertilizer (hopefully this will be the right amendment) and watered. And I put away snow shovels and took the ballast out of the truck bed!
Our daffodils are nearing peak out front, back in back, around the dogs’s graves, they are still in early bloom. A progression of sorts:
Mid-March, before clean up.
Also mid-March, following raking.
Easter Sunday!
These are only two of the dogs’ final rests. The other five, as dearly loved, were interred in less conspicuous, but unforgotten places in and beyond the old garden perimeter. All are missed.
