Spacious house in Walkley, with kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and spare boxroom. Part furnished with gas central heating. One bedroom available of two, a third can be created, as can a fourth at a stretch (getting less spacious at 3+ people). Incredibly reasonable rent for the space available, bills not included.
I currently live there and I am quiet, self contained, and amenable. I really like the house and would really like to keep it, but my housemate is leaving at the end of March (but is flexible and may stay longer should someone not be able to move until later or I not find someone).
