First matter to be brought up? Childhood, anyone? and This is made of win...

Second, Jess, I finally decided to read Passion vol. 3, and now I'm being impatient. So on my way back from school, I decided to go to the store and get Yellow vol. 3. That manga makes me think. Alot. I wonder if that's good or bad, for me. Anyway, while I was there, I also picked up my own personal copy of "Pikachu's Day." It's such a deep, inspirational short story, and the illustrations are so incredibly provocative and moving.

... have I said, lately, how very much I wish Mac/Frankie could be canon? ... curse that damned age difference.

ANYWAY! Erm, so I got a Frosty and fries at Wendy's on my way home, too... and I burned my tongue with a hot fry. And I think I singed my elbow on the seatbelt buckle.

Oh, and while I was at the store, there was a guy with his two kids (I'm nearly positive they were his), and they're talking about Naruto (he's quizzing the boy on who the characters are) and looking at the DVD and manga and stuff. So they're getting ready to leave, the kids get some Pokémon card packs, (who knows if he got anything, himself) and the girl also had a Mokona (?) doll from Clamp (Tsubasa Reservoir?), while the boy had multiple videogame-based dolls (the only one I can remember for sure was a green 'shroom from Mario). Overall, I was amused. I couldn't help but watch them, to some degree. And feel like an old-ish perv, grabbing Yellow... and almost like a pedophile for having that combined with a Pokémon book targeted at kids around 5 years old.

.... That was an amazing morning. ... Aside from the parking meter capping out at an hour and a half when my first class alone was 2 hours long and it was supposed to go up to 5 hours, so I had to move to a different meter and pay for the full 4½ hours or so there, instead. Fucking parking meter bitches.
