the 4th was.... unproductively wonderful. i awoke around 11 to a really ugly day. Blaine called and wanted to lay out. So she came here around 12 and by then it was sunny. Muff, Garrett, and Matt LeMond went to eat and said they'd meet us at the Spanish Villa apartments pool, the complex right next to SHC. it was going to be our job to bring the beer with us. after the guys left, we realized we didn't have a cooler. so we grabbed the beer and my backpack, and drove to bruno's. there, we bought two really tacky huggers and a bag of ice. meoshia checked us out, and then we put the bag of ice in my backpack and stuck the beers in and around the bag. i was pretty proud of our makeshift cooler. we then met up with the guys at the pool, who had bought even more beer on the way and found a cooler in Matt's trunk. so we layed out, swam, and drank until about 5.
around 5 we came back to murray to shower, and then we met up with the rest of the guy's crowd at Gaffney's house and grilled. all in all, it was a good day and left me exhausted.
