Okay, so I kind of had this rant rattling around inside my head since psychology yesterday, but then I remembered that
Sars had already said everything I wanted to say, only way more articulately. So everyone should go read
this essay, especially the last paragraph.
That's basically the point of the essay, anyway. As long as you support equality between the sexes, than you are a feminist. It doesn't matter if you're pro-choice or pro-life, or if you're a stay-at-home mom or a lesbian with a mullet. You don't have to agree on every single issue of "feminist" politics, as long as you think women should have the same rights as men.

Every group has radiacls in it, and most of the time it's these people who make the entire movement look like bunk.
If you go to extreme into anything you become excatly what you hate.
Feminists who take it too far want to oppress males, which is exactly what they should hate as they origninally wanted the sexes to be equal.
Fanatic Pro-life people somtimes kill abortion doctors, creating death when the y are fighting aginst death.
Fanatic Pro-Choice people hate the religious people because they are closed minded and won't listen to reason, when they themselves won't listen to any reasons, as they are so set in their opinion.
It happens everywhere, and it's the 5% that ruins it for the other 95%.
Then I guess I'm a feminist.
A Menshivik feminist, not a bolshevik.
