So, it's September already. It's difficult to fathom how fast time seems to pass. My parents weren't kidding when they told my two brother's and I to enjoy time when we were children. On my part, I'm constantly busy with school and work, that I rarely have time to sit back and smell the roses.
Anyway, things have been good overall.
School
Somehow, I'm still maintaining a 4.0 GPA. This past semester totally kicked my ass. Especially, my Process to Disease and Pathophysiology class. I spent so much time studying for that class, I don't know how I got away with an 'A' in my Reimbursement class. I did, and that's what matters at this point. I have 2 more Semester's remaining until I graduate. I'll get my Associates Degree. I've spent time pondering on whether I should continue on for my Bachelor's degree right away or start studying for the Certification. I decided to study for the certification first. I want the Bachelor's so I know that when the time comes, it will be a piece of cake to get started again.
Marriage
Chaz and I are doing well. He's been extremely supportive with school. At times there's tension, but it's nothing we can't get through. He's my best friend...so there you go! What friends don't argue from time to time? We recently upgraded our internet service. I'm excited because I'm now able to use my laptop to access the internet!! Rock on!
Tia & Shadow (Onyx we love you)
Wow, what can I say. After having these to full of life creatures, I'm not sure if a child would be such a good idea. LOL. They keep us busy and of course they're soooo spoiled it's insane! I love our two kitties though. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Two rugrats.
Work
Work is work. I like what I'm doing. I'll definitely be there for a least another year and a half. I took advantage of the tuition reimbursement program they offer. The money's great, however, the terms of the agreement state that you have to stay a year with the company or you'd be entitled to refund the money. Not a bad deal. After all, they want something out of it too.
Pretty much, the above is a short summary of what's happening in my life. Not much. I'd say I'm boring. It will be worth it once I graduate...and then continue my education. I love school but it's starting to take a toll on me. Working full-time and school full-time.
