I went to the St. Louis Arch.

I graduated with my master's degree in library science.
Did you travel this year?
Yes. Texas, to meet my favorite person in the universe,
thislife_is_beautiful. St. Louis, for my birthday.
What are your plans for 2014?
Lose weight/get & be healthy, write more, read more, play more video games, get out of debt.
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Graduated summa cum laude.
Did you suffer illness or injury?
Other than my usual mental issues, no.
What was the best thing you bought?
A plane ticket to Houston.

Non-trendy hipster. (Same as last year.)

Sleep, writing, reading, and
thislife_is_beautiful.
Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Daito Shunsuke. I bought his 2014 calendar for fuck's sake. Though, this is probably only because I couldn't find one for Wada Takuma. They are tied, I think.

LBQGT basic human rights.
Who was the best new person you met?
Cait,
thislife_is_beautiful's friend.
Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2013:
It doesn't always get better, but you can do small things for yourself to prevent the darkness from overtaking you completely.
Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:
Pretend to sleep, pretend to sleep, come on pretend, yeah let's pretend, yeah let's pretend

I wrote 30 fics this year (the count is 31, but one of them was a crossover), but my total words written dropped around 45,000. I know a lot of this is due to school. My last semester was a gigantic clusterfuck and I was busy writing a lot of papers for that along with projects. I did a few one-off things, but those aren't included here since I only do stats based on what I posted to my
AO3 account. Given the amount of work/stress, I still feel like 50,000 is a good number. I hope to do much better in the upcoming year.
