"Inoo, how could you do this?" Takaki hit the drive wheel with his fist. Incidentally, he told his workmate friend, Daiki Arioka, about his wife. Daiki told him that he saw Hikari with Inoo a few minutes ago in the grocery mall. After hearing that, Takaki quickly grabbed his car keys and drove towards Inoo's place.
When he was nearing the house of Inoo, he saw Kei and Hikari unloading the shopping bags at the back of the car. Hikari took too much baggage and lost her balance. Yuya rolled his fist jealously as Inoo supported her from the back and as they laughed while going inside.
"Wow, you've shopped so many!" Inoo's oka-san exclaimed.
"What can I do?" said Inoo jokingly. "Hikari-chan is with me."
Hikari giggled. "Don't worry, oba-chan; all these foods are healthy. I recommend them."
"You're such a perfect housewife!" oka-san said.
"Not at all, oba-chan."
Knock! Knock!
"Oh, I'll get it!" Hikari said and dashed off.
"Hikari-chan, you shouldn't be running!" Inoo said worriedly. "You might--" he stopped the moment he saw who the visitor was.
It was Yuya.
"Yu-Yuya..." Hikari said, unable to believe what she was seeing.
"We need to talk," Takaki said, grabbing Hikari's arm.
"Stop right there," said Kei. He approached Yuya. "You can't just take her away like that and pretend that nothing happened."
Yuya looked at him coldly. "The same goes for you: You can't just order me around and pretend like you didn't lie to me."
"What are you two talking about?" asked Hikari.
"You don't need to know, anata," said Yuya. He pulled her but she didn't budge.
"I won't go unless Kei-kun is coming too," she said coldly.
"Huh?"
"He was there when you weren't," Hikari said seriously.
Yuya took a deep breath. "All right, he can go. But," he looked at Inoo. "he stays in the car."

Takaki brought them to Sakura Park in a secured and hidden area.
"Why, Hikari?" Takaki said after a short period of silence.
Hikari scoffed. "Why do you need to ask? Tonikaku, shouldn't you be in the hospital right now? You know, taking care of your brother?"
"Is that why you left me? Because of Yuuri?"
"Yes and so many other things. Yuya," Hikari paused. "You didn't have to marry me if all you'll do is worry about Yuuri-kun."
"All I do?" Takaki asked, confused.
"Looks like you forgot. Well then, let me remind you: the day of Yuuri's birthday, I was sick. You went to Yuuri's birthday and left me with oba-san. The day of our anniversary, you were late because you said that you had to bring Yuuri to school because of his entrance exam. And--"
"I'm sorry, Hikari. I'm really sorry. I didn't--"
"Sorry? Is that all? After all you've done? Yuya, I...I was able to forgive you for your past mistakes because I thought that you would change. But after what happened in the hospital..." Hikari burst to tears.
Yuya hugged her.
Inoo saw what was happening and immediately went out of the car. He also saw that Hikari was trying to get out of his hug. He ran towards them and punched Takaki in the face. Once, Hikari was out of his embrace, he hugged her.
"DON'T EVER FORCE A WOMAN TO DO SOMETHING SHE DOESN'T WANT!" he screamed. "You're...You're worse than I thought, Yuya."
Takaki wiped the blood off his lip. "What are you talking about?"
"Don't play dumb with me," Inoo said. "I saw that Hikari-chan was struggling out of your embrace!"
"No, she wasn't."
Hikari faced Inoo. "I wasn't, Kei-kun. I was just...crying too hard."
Inoo let go of Hikari.
"Hikari, please come back to me. I'll be a better husband, I promise," Yuya said.
"Promises are made to be broken, Yuya," Inoo butted in. "Besides, actions speak louder than words."
"Stay out of this, liar!"
"What on earth exactly happened?!" Hikari demanded.
"This guy," Takaki pointed at Kei. "Said that he didn't know where you were. Well, all this time you were in his house!"
"Is that true, Kei-kun?"
"Yeah," replied Inoo. "Because I know that you don't want to found."
"Another lie," Yuya muttered.
"What did you say?" asked Inoo.
"You didn't do it for her sake. You did it for your sake!"
"HUh?"
"You like my wife, don't you? YOU STILL LOVE HER AFTER ALL THESE YEARS!!"
"That's stupid!" Hikari said. "Right, Kei-kun?"
"No, it isn't," answered Inoo. "Even when you broke up with me, or after you got married with Yuya, I still love you."
Hikari was speechless.
"I love you, Hikari," said Inoo seriously and gazed into her eyes. "I still love you. That's why...come to me, and I'll make you happy for the rest of our lives. I'll take care of you. I'll be by your side always."
"Kei-kun, I--" she didn't finish what she was going to say.
Because at that moment, Inoo kissed her.
Inoo kissed her in front of Yuya.
"You..." Yuya was enraged. "HOW DARE YOU KISS HER IN FRONT OF ME?!"
He was going to punch Inoo, but Kei successfully ducked. Reluctantly, Inoo broke the kiss to fight against Takaki.
"Yamero, futari tomo!" Hikari shouted.
Inoo punched Takaki's face.
"Stop it!"
Takaki kicked Inoo's stomach.
"STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!!" Hikari screamed with all her might.
The two stopped fighting.
"Why must you fight? Isn't there another way to resolve this?" she said.
The two were in the ground with wounded faces. Hikari took her handkerchief and approached Inoo. She wiped his wounds with it. Takaki, knowing he was beaten, stood up and walked away.
"I'm sorry, Kei-kun," Hikari said. "But...it's still Yuya I love. I may experience pain with him but...I guess that's just a part of life. You are a big piece in my life, Kei-kun. I'm sorry if you keep helping me and end up..." she didn't continue.
"Don't worry, Hikari-chan." Inoo held her hand. "Wherever you are happy, I am too. My mom said that if you really love someone, you have to let her go if she loves someone else."
"Hontoni gomen!" Hikari cried.
"Don't be," said Inoo and kissed her briefly again. "You better go to Yuya now."
"Hai!" Hikari smiled and ran off.
Inoo looked at her; heart broken, but still happy.
"YUYA!!"
Takaki didn't look back.
"OI, STUPID!!" Hikari called.
Takaki thought some stranger was calling him, so he turned around. "WHAT DID YOU--"
Hikari kissed him as he turned around.
Yuya was shocked. When Hikari let go, he was speechless.
"What's with that face?" said Hikari. "Aren't you happy I chose you?"
"W-What? You chose me? But you went to Inoo--"
"I just wiped his wounds and said I'm sorry. Speaking of which," she held out her handkerchief again. "I need to wipe yours too."
Takaki stopped her hand. "No, not with that."
"Then, with what?"
"With this." He kissed Hikari ever so passionately.
This day is perfect, Takaki thought. I'll never lose you again, Hikari.

After Yuuri was healed, Takaki explained to his younger brother that he won't be seeing each other that often starting that day. Yuuri seemed happy that the couple would be able to spend more quality time together.
Inoo, by the way, fell in love with Hikari's hard-headed best friend, Sayu. They are currently dating and everything seems to be good.
Yuya and Hikari are expecting a child after a few months. Seems that Hikari was already pregnant when they were involved in an accident. But don't worry; the baby is perfectly healthy.
