The Anti-Triathalon
W&M has a "tradition" in which all students are supposed to complete the triathalon before they graduate. This involves:
1. Jumping the Governor's Palace wall at midnight or thereabouts
2. Jumping into the Crim Dell...our picturesque lake crossed by a red Japanese bridge and containing un-natural blue-green water
3. Streaking across the Sunken Gardens
I have no wish to do any of these things, nor does most of the P-Wave Shadow Zone. Thus we have come up with the Anti-Triathalon. This involves:
1. Walking through the gate of the Governor's Palace at noon
2. Walking the perimeter of the Crim Dell without falling in
3. Putting as many clothes as you can fit on and walking across the Sunken Gardens
Sound like a plan?
P.S. I need a new lj icon (not that I don't love Arnie J!)...any suggestions?
